Remarni Powell-Mason feels that after completing the Level 2 Rail Engineering Apprenticeship it has opened up doors for him to start a new career path.
He said: “ Since starting the apprenticeship with the college I have learnt so much, it’s been great and I have really enjoyed it. It has helped me to save up and progress, and I am excited to see where this opportunity takes me.
“The tutors have been helpful, respectful, caring and very understanding. Since completing the course we have had constant work and tutors contact us every Friday to check we are OK. I have also made new friends, whom I go out with for food and to the gym, they’ll be friends for life.
“I am grateful to the college for the opportunity they have given me.”
