Pupils receiving their GCSE results next Thursday can log on to free advice sessions being hosted by City of Wolverhampton College.
The college is hosting the live chats from 10am until 2pm on Thursday 20 August and Friday 21 August via the online Zoom platform.
Pupils can access the meeting link from the college website and will be directed to a member of staff for impartial advice and guidance on their next steps including re-taking exams, enrolling for industry-recognised qualifications, applying for an apprenticeship, or looking for a job.
Rose Urkovskis, head of student entitlement at the college, said: “We know that results day can be worrying for some pupils and are holding the online sessions to give them the opportunity to discuss their next steps.
“The sessions are open to all pupils receiving their GCSE results – whether they have already applied to join the college, or if it is the first time they will be getting in touch, our advisers will give them advice on the best routes into their chosen careers.”
