19 year old Anil Harrar is currently studying on our Horizon 1 programme and has made fantastic progress. The Horizon 1 course is designed for students with complex learning needs with the aim of preparing them for independent active living in a supported or residential setting.
Anil’s father Hari Harrar said: “We have noticed such a significant difference in Anil as an individual, his personality, but most importantly he is very safe at the college. The team have been brilliant, and communicate what Anil has undertaken on a daily basis. They have certainly excelled our expectations.”
Talking about his experience on the Horizon 1 programme, Anil said: “I have had a good transition to the college environment and have adapted well to the new routine. I enjoy working with different members of staff and feel comfortable and safe in college. I hope to complete the three year Horizons programme and would highly recommend this course.”
