“As a self employed organist, the work can be inconsistent as I usually work around when the phone rings and this on its own isn’t viable. However, I would never give it up because I worked so hard to be here, I enjoy it and I’m my own boss. Being flexible has allowed me to work around my other job and security work will work as a great income top up.

“During the course, we had amazing support from the tutors and also the group was great. This made the duration of the course enjoyable as we all supported each other. I have gained confidence and become a lot more immune to any negative opinions of others around me.

“I’m the wrong side of 40 and I would recommend it to anyone that may be second guessing because of their age. To anyone interested in joining this course, I would say its never too late to learn a new skills, you will not regret it.”
