“Before doing this training course, I was working in customer service at a local shop. I chose this course at City of Wolverhampton College for a substantial, long-lasting career. The course is free, and a good way to get back into work.
“The teaching and support are spot on. The tutors supported us all the way through. I couldn’t have asked for any better to be honest. If you were stuck, they would always help you.
“The training has prepared me for the job because there is a track outside. You can see what its like and can get used to it. Now when we get on the actual track, we will be familiar with our surroundings. I enjoyed the hands-on experience because I know some courses don’t usually let you do that. Being able to put your hands on the tools and have that first-hand experience is great. My communication skills have also got better because I’ve been working with different people.
“I think the guaranteed interview at the end of the course is great, because not many courses offer that. My plan now is to start working, hopefully have a long-lasting career and work my way up the chain.
“I would definitively recommend this course because if you are struggling to work this could be your ticket. This could end up being your job for life.”
