Young people who are due to leave school this summer can sign up for courses at City of Wolverhampton College at an open day on Saturday, 15 June.
The college’s Paget Road and Wellington Road campuses will be open from 10am to 2pm for people to find out about full-time vocational courses, A levels, new T level qualifications and higher education programmes starting in September, as well as apprenticeships with local employers.
Those attending can talk to tutors about the wide range of courses available, tour the campus facilities, take part in activities related to the subject they are interested in studying.
Visitors to the Wellington Road campus can have a tour of the college’s new purpose-built £8.1million Advanced Technology and Automotive Centre — due to open in September— and attend talks about T Level qualifications which are the equivalent to three A levels.
Parents and carers can join information sessions at both campuses to find out more about the college and financial support available to help with course fees and other study costs, and anyone unsure about their next steps can get advice from the careers guidance team.
