People of all ages can find out about courses and qualifications on offer at City of Wolverhampton College at an open evening on Wednesday, 11 October.
The college’s campuses at Paget Road, in Compton, and Wellington Road, in Bilston, will be open from 4pm to 7pm for people to talk to tutors about full-time and part-time vocational courses, A Levels, apprenticeships and university-level higher education qualifications.
People can also get information on new T Level qualifications – in onsite construction carpentry and joinery, digital support services, and healthcare science – which are the equivalent of three A Levels and focus on the development of vocational skills and include an in-depth industry placement as part of the course.
Those attending the event can take part in activities related to the subject they are interested in studying, tour the campus facilities and chat to current students about college life.
Anyone unsure of the best course for their chosen career can speak to a member of the college’s advice and guidance team, and staff will be on-hand with information on financial support available to help with course fees and other college costs
