Moving on to university didn’t appeal to Iohani Annan, so after completing his A levels he decided to become an apprentice.
The 21-year-old, who has now been offered a full time position after completing his polymer apprenticeship with Schoeller Allibert, said: “I thought that learning at the same time as working was the best option for me.
“The apprenticeship has been really good. I have learnt a lot about something I knew nothing about before I went into it.
“The tutors have been excellent and are very knowledgeable.”
