After working in hospitality, nineteen-year-old Jake Howell wanted to kick start his career and decided a Property Maintenance Apprenticeship at Accord was the best place to start.
He said: “I decided to do an apprenticeship to learn something new and start my career. I felt that there would be more opportunities for me if I learnt a trade.
“Because the work is hands on, I find I am learning a lot and it’s great to see the finished result and know it is all my own work.
“Doing an apprenticeship means you learn things you would never learn anywhere else.”
