“After enrolling for the Level 1 Electric/Hybrid Vehicle Awareness course I very quickly realised that this was something I had a passion for!” said Ramanos Evanovas.
Ramanos added: “On completion of the Level 1, I went straight on to the Level 2 course and after just seven weeks of learning I had completed both levels and was able to use what I’d learnt, along with a previous Level 3 qualification I gained in Romania, to progress to the IMI Electric/Hybrid Vehicle System Repair and Replacement Level 3 Award and the IMI Diagnosis, Testing & Repair of Electric/Hybrid Vehicles and Components Level 4 Award.“
“Very soon after completing all the levels I was offered a job as a motor technician with a local garage which I reallt enjoy and I’ve never looked back!
“I recommend attending at least the Level 1 and 2 courses as it gave me a solid understanding of what is now needed in the motor repair industry, especially when it comes to an understanding of electric/hybrid vehicles and I feel I would not have got the job without completing the courses.”
