Romily Trice completed the improvement technician level 3 qualification at the Polymer Training Innovation Centre. This was a flexible programme which she completed alongside her job as a quality administrator.
Romily said: “I learnt so much about a wide variety of business improvement techniques, delivered by a tutor with extensive knowledge and experience in the area. At the end of the course, I completed a business improvement project in an area of my choosing. This was a brilliant opportunity to apply the skills learnt on the programme, and perform work as an improvement technician to help my Company grow.
“Everything I have learnt throughout the course will be useful as I progress with my career, and I would recommend this programme to anyone interested in business improvement, quality assurance, or lean manufacturing!”
