Dan Clarke

Dan has worked for the college for 14 years and is currently Head of Service and Academic Studies, he is also continuing as Head of Catchup Fund for the 2022/23 academic year.  

He started at the college as a PGCE student developing his pedagogical practices and during this time became a visiting teacher.    

Once qualified he became a sports & fitness tutor and after 18 months on the role became a teaching and learning advisor to work with the quality management team to enhance teaching and learning practices across the college.   

Dan then progressed to become Curriculum Manager for Leisure Industries – later adding Hospitality Industries to his brief – a role he held for 11 years.
